"Megan is a terrific athlete with great technical ability. She's also a great one-on-one player with good speed. Megan had a breakout season last year and we expect her to build on that success and expand her role on the team in 2004."
2004: Played in 16 games in her final season at Miami, starting 11 ... both of her goals came early in the MAC season ... her first goal of the year came at Western Michigan (Sept. 19), giving Miami a 3-1 lead in what became a 4-3 RedHawk win ... her second goal came at Miami Soccer Field against Buffalo (Sept. 26), the first score in a 2-0 Miami win ... assisted on a goal in a 3-2 Miami win over Marshall in Oxford (Oct. 3).
2003: Tied for third on the team with four assists ... appeared in 17 matches, making 13 starts ... picked up three assists in weekend sweep of Western Michigan (Sept. 29) and Northern Illinois (Sept. 21) ... tallied another helper in 4-1 rout of Akron (Oct. 26).
2002: One of a handful of RedHawk underclassmen who saw action in more than 20 games, making 21 appearances and three starts ... tied for eighth on the team in scoring with a goal and two assists ... scored lone goal of the season in 3-0 blanking of Bowling Green on Sept. 20 ... assisted on game-winning goal in Miami's come-from-behind 3-2 defeat of Stony Brook (Aug. 30) ... also assisted on the game-winner in Miami's 2-0 defeat of Ball State (Oct. 13) ... took the field in all five of Miami's postseason matches.
2001: Served as a steady contributor in the Miami midfield, playing in 19 matches and making five starts ... recorded first two collegiate goals in a 6-0 defeat of Akron on Oct. 7 ... assisted on Miami's lone goal in a 3-1 loss at Eastern Michigan on Nov. 1.
Prior to Miami: Four-year letterwinner for Grosse Pointe South Devils ... compiled 48 goals and 34 assists during prep career, including 15 goals and 20 assists as a senior ... helped team to impressive four-year mark of 67-10-8 ... second-team all-state selection as a senior ... honored as team MVP as a senior ... also a three-year letterwinner in basketball.
